The specialists from the municipal enterprise «Odesa Electric Technical Operation and Installation Company» are engaged in painting the ramps located in the underground passage complex near the Odesa railway station and enhancing the lighting of the passages.
Since the beginning of the year, significant work has been carried out at the DNS (Hadzhybeyskaya Road) involving the replacement of an old worn-out metal pipe with a new plastic one, utilizing special machinery. Additionally, the experts replaced the flange of the water intake at DNS (Lustdorfskaya Road) and conducted major repairs at DNS (Oblipikhova Street).
Furthermore, the company's employees report acts of vandalism almost daily. Typically, unknown individuals deface the walls of the underpasses and the electric lifts for individuals with disabilities, which are installed in the underground passage complex near the Odesa railway station.
The municipal enterprise «Odesa Electric Technical Operation and Installation Company» maintains 12 underground pedestrian passages, 8 lifts for persons with disabilities, 10 pumping stations, and 14 stormwater pumping stations in the underground passages. Employees regularly conduct cleaning operations in the underpass areas and pumping stations, repaint walls after acts of vandalism, remove advertising, perform minor stair repairs, replace electrical equipment, carry out preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and lighting fixtures, and inspect control panels.
