In Odesa, the revitalization of a residential complex damaged by enemy shelling has officially begun.
Recently, work has started on the restoration of an apartment building located at Novoselskoho Street, 51. This structure has been repeatedly affected by Russian attacks, with the last strike occurring in November 2024.
The shelling caused significant damage to the external structure and the roof.
Following the completion of all necessary procedures and tendering, the contractor has initiated comprehensive restoration work.
Currently, emergency works are underway: they are dismantling the hazardous wing, including load-bearing structures, coverings, and walls that need replacement. Roof repairs are also ongoing, which were affected by the shockwave — work on the left wing has been completed, and the façade roof covering is in progress.
It should be noted that three more projects are currently at the design and expertise stage: located on Balkivska, Serednia, and Kanatna streets.
