In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Residential and Communal Services «Peresyp» carried out significant repair works on structural elements and engineering networks in the buildings under its management.
A total of 764 requests from residents were processed.
At the request of the residents, the specialists from the KP «RCS «Peresyp» performed the following essential repairs: centralized heating system repairs – 15 requests; replacement of central heating pipelines – 76 p/m; replacement of sewage pipelines – 54 p/m; replacement of cold water supply pipelines – 132 p/m; replacement of stormwater drainage pipelines – 20 p/m; roof repairs – slate 59 sq.m and soft roofing 270 sq.m; cleaned basements – 1979 sq.m; cleaned attics – 1977 sq.m; repaired electrical switchboards – 8 units; replaced light fixtures – 8 units; repaired entrances – 1 building. Disinfection was carried out in 7 buildings and deratization in 2. Green zone mowing was performed over a total area of 7.2 ha. Two dumpsites were eliminated.
Employees of the enterprise participated in 9 clean-up operations following enemy shelling. A total of 125 p/m of windows were covered with film.
Additionally, the janitors of the enterprise maintain order in the yards they are responsible for daily. Cleaning operations are carried out twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, removing litter, washing trash cans, etc.).
The municipal workers also perform grass mowing, tree pruning, leaf collection, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup events, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the consequences of enemy attacks.
