On November 6, 2025, a scientific-practical conference dedicated to the integration of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence in the medical field was held at the consultative and diagnostic center of City Clinical Hospital No. 10.
Participating in the conference were general practitioners, family medicine doctors, therapists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
The event, organized with the support of the Odesa Regional Family Medicine Association, marked an important step in the continuous development of medical professionals in Odesa.
The General Director of City Clinical Hospital No. 10, Chief Freelance Cardiologist of the Odesa City Council Health Department, Denis Sebov, shared information about the National Health Screening Program set to launch in Ukraine on January 1, 2026.
Experts discussed the scope of screenings and the requirements for medical institutions participating in this project. One of the key aspects will be adherence to barrier-free principles.
Conference participants were also informed about cutting-edge technologies already being implemented at Hospital No. 10. Specifically, the capabilities of fundus cameras for tomographic and biomicroscopic imaging of the retina were showcased, as well as the use of artificial intelligence for the primary screening of diabetic retinopathy.
Additionally, the possibilities of using modern technologies at the primary healthcare level were discussed.
