In October 2024, the International Competition of Creative Works and Educational Methodologies titled ‘Professional Success’ was held under the auspices of the INTERNATIONAL INNOVATIVE CENTER ‘PERRSPEKTIVA PLUS’.
Educators and students from the Peresyp district of Odesa participated in the competition, achieving first place in the following categories:
- ‘Best Presentation’ for the theme ‘Physical Education in Preschools during Distance Learning Using ICT Technologies’ - Odesa Preschool Education Institution ‘Nursery-Kindergarten’ No. 295;
- ‘Best Presentation’ for the theme ‘Continuity of the New Ukrainian School and Preschool Education. Interaction. Innovation’, ‘Patriotic Education’ - Odesa Preschool Education Institution ‘Nursery-Kindergarten’ No. 232;
- ‘Singing Marathon’ in the age category ‘Preschoolers’, in the nomination ‘Pop and Jazz Singing’ - Odesa Preschool Education Institution ‘Nursery-Kindergarten’ No. 121 of combined type.
The competition aimed to create conditions that foster the development of intellectual and creative potential among educators, encouraging their engagement in research and project activities and enhancing professional qualifications.
Additionally, in October, Odesa Preschool Education Institution ‘Kindergarten’ No. 45 received a grant for advancing the field of robotics and STEM education in Ukraine – First LegoLeague. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, which is intended for 5 years.
In October, the institution’s educators underwent training in Kyiv and received trainer certificates for implementing First LegoLeague programs in educational settings.
This project will provide extensive opportunities for developing children’s creative abilities. Children will learn to understand spatial relationships, differentiate shapes, analyze, compare, and generalize.
