Municipal workers, along with representatives from the Azerbaijani community and other city organizations, planted around 300 young trees in Azerbaijan Park in Odesa.
This planting event was part of a traditional community service day.
Preparations for the planting began well in advance. Workers used tractors to dig holes and brought in saplings of ash, maple, and acacia.
In the future, plans include the installation of new benches and trash bins, as well as the creation of flower beds.
Overall, nearly 250 people participated in this community service effort at the location.
