Another intersection in Odesa has implemented a «red for all» rule during the moment of silence.
Every day at 9:00 AM, during the national moment of silence, traffic lights at 13 intersections in Odesa operate in «red for all» mode.
Since January 28, the «red for all» has also been introduced at the intersection of Prince Volodymyr the Great Boulevard and Vladislav Buvalkin Street in a testing phase.
Drivers are urged to be attentive and courteous to all road users.
