The employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Service Center» are diligently conducting scheduled work at their designated facilities during the spring season.
Yesterday, the elevator located on Primorsky Boulevard was put back into operation, connecting it with Greek Park. This elevator was out of service during the winter months. Workers have cleaned the cabin and resumed its operation.
Moreover, as part of the preparation for the fountains ahead of the summer season, the specialists of the «Service Center» continue the process of deconservation and equipment adjustment. Since the beginning of the week, municipal workers have cleared a clogged fountain nozzle and installed stoppers on the flange at the Victory Dendropark, as well as replaced the pumps in the upper basin of the fountain at the Theater Square.
Additionally, the «Service Center» staff regularly conducts work related to landscaping, cleaning, minor repairs, and addressing acts of vandalism at assigned sites.
This week, scheduled activities include washing monuments that are not part of the cultural heritage, repairing the pavement at the entrance to the pump room complex, and removing the aftermath of vandalism (graffiti) from the fencing of the sanitary zone of the pump room's well.
