The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine's app "Army+" is launching a new survey aimed at creating a barrier-free environment in Ukraine. This initiative is part of the project launched by the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska.

The application’s press service has announced that during the survey, servicemen will have the opportunity to anonymously share their experiences and identify barriers they or their colleagues encounter during service.

The survey covers various obstacles, including social, physical, psychological, informational, and organizational barriers that can complicate the performance of duties, adaptation to military life, or access to necessary support.

Respondents will also be able to propose their ideas and initiatives aimed at improving service conditions.

The questionnaire consists of six thematic blocks, addressing practical situations that military personnel face daily, as well as digital and informational barriers, and experiences of communication with various state and military institutions.

All collected responses will be used to develop recommendations that will help enhance the level of accessibility, improve support for personnel, and create a safer, more humane, and fair environment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
