On the evening of April 21, 2025, the city of Odessa experienced a severe attack by enemy drones targeting a densely populated area.
The attack caused significant damage to residential buildings, civil infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. There are reported casualties.
Odessa's mayor, emergency services, and utility companies have arrived at the scene.
Operational headquarters have been established at the following addresses: Inglessie St., 16 and Heroes of Krut St., 23/25. Another headquarters is located at the Hadzhibey District Administration building on Yevhen Tantsiura St., 22.
District administration staff, along with utility services, are accepting requests for material assistance and providing consultations on the required documentation.
Additionally, residents of affected buildings can seek help and advice from the Hadzhibey District Administration at the following phone numbers: (048) 752 96 16, (048) 752 96 17.
Under the coordination of Odessa's mayoral advisor Veronika Etnarovych, assistance points from charitable and public organizations are set up at the attack site, including “April Tenth” supported by UNHCR, the Red Cross, World Central Kitchen, and “Winds of Change.”
