As part of the National Accessibility Week, initiated by the NGO 'BEZBAR'ERNI', 30 individuals with disabilities attended the performance of 'Natalka Poltavka' at the Odessa Opera House.
'Culture must be accessible. The right to emotions is as essential as the right to education or healthcare,' emphasized Oleksiy Morozov, advisor to the Odessa mayor on accessibility issues.
This marks another step towards a barrier-free Odessa where art is open to everyone.
