Preschools in Odessa, including institutions No. 45, No. 88, and No. 225, are now participants in the international initiative 'Understanding Each Other': a program aimed at enhancing social-emotional skills and providing mental health support for young children.
From 2024 to 2025, this project will be implemented by the international non-profit organization Think Equal (UK) in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Foundation 'Step by Step'.
The initiative will aid in developing social-emotional abilities in preschoolers, enhance educators' professional skills regarding emotional development and mental health, and equip parents with the skills to support their children's emotional well-being.
To facilitate the program's implementation, preschools will receive methodological support, including guides, workbooks, and textbooks.
