The Odessa Regional Clinical Cancer Center has officially inaugurated its new CT scanner.
This state-of-the-art equipment marks a significant advancement in early cancer diagnosis for patients in the region.
Thanks to the initiatives of the Odessa Regional Military Administration and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, our center has acquired cutting-edge technology that enables:
- early detection of tumors
- precise treatment planning
- effective monitoring of treatment progress
In the first few days of operation, the scanner has already examined twelve patients, including:
- for initial cancer screening
- for post-chemotherapy monitoring
- with suspected metastasis
- as part of volunteer medical support
We extend our gratitude to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for providing our region with modern medical technology. This is not just a new machine; it is a vital tool that is already saving lives.
