The Odesa Center for Primary Medical Care No. 3 has launched a new project aimed at improving medical services for war veterans. This initiative is designed to support their health and provide greater access to medical care.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, this project expands the range of free medical services available to veterans.
The focus is on treating the consequences of combat, offering psychological support, and providing social assistance.
Combat veterans who have left military service, as well as those with war-related disabilities, can benefit from these services.
What services are available to veterans under this project?
1. Individual treatment and examination plans tailored to health conditions.
2. Screening for psychological conditions related to combat, including PTSD.
3. Enhanced psychological support and psychotherapy services.
4. Consultations with specialists: psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists.
5. Treatment of chronic conditions related to injuries.
6. Diagnosis of hearing and vision impairments.
7. Development of individualized rehabilitation plans for patients with trauma.
8. Prescription of medications for chronic pain treatment.
9. Assistance in addressing addictions.
10. Social worker consultations on access to medical services.
To access these new services, veterans must have a signed declaration with a doctor and provide original documents.
