To implement innovative digital solutions in healthcare, the Odesa City Health Department has signed a cooperation agreement with the leading medical information system in Ukraine, Helsi.
This agreement aims to support and enhance medical services for patients and doctors, particularly by introducing modern digital technologies to improve interaction between healthcare facilities in the city and their patients. This will enable quick access to analytical reports in a standardized format, reducing the amount of manual reporting and providing a basis for prompt and informed management decisions in healthcare.
Another important aspect of this collaboration is the accessible digital service for medical support of veterans. The partnership with Helsi allows for the creation of a clear path for veterans to receive medical assistance: online appointments, clear subsequent steps, and organized support within connected facilities. This minimizes bureaucracy and maximizes support.
Additionally, the memorandum plans to enhance public awareness about the National Program “Screening 40+” and create accessible conditions for its implementation through push notifications and online appointments to convenient healthcare facilities.
“Barrier-free access and digitalization are key components of the modern healthcare system in Odesa. This partnership is about practical changes: shorter queues, greater accessibility, transparent processes, and modern services for the people,” emphasized Elena Kolodenko, director of the Odesa City Health Department.
