Renowned Ukrainian high jumper Oleg Doroshchuk is set to compete at the Diamond League event in Monaco on July 11.
This was confirmed by the competition's press service, which released the list of participants for the men's high jump.
Doroshchuk missed the recent European Team Championship 2025 in Madrid due to a knee injury, with Dmytro Nikitin taking his place.
So far this summer season, Doroshchuk has only participated in one event — the Diamond League in Rome, where he secured second place with a height of 2.30 meters.
In March, Oleg competed at the indoor World Championship, finishing fifth with a height of 2 meters 28 cm. Prior to that, he claimed gold at the European Championship held in Apeldoorn, achieving a result of 2 meters 34 cm.
