On August 23-24, 2025, a sailing tournament was held in Odessa by Complex Children's and Youth School No. 13 in honor of Ukraine's Independence Day.
The event featured races in two categories: ILCA-4 and «Optimist». In the «Optimist» class, 23 young athletes made their debut.
The winners of the competition are:
- in the ILCA-4 class - Yan Batsansky;
- in the «Optimist» debut (junior) - Lev Nikolenko and Tetiana Shvets;
- in the «Optimist» debut (senior) - Matviy Parchenko and Natalia Shvets;
- in the «Optimist» class - Hryhoriy Filinyuk.
The winners received trophies, medals, and valuable gifts provided by sponsors.
