Yesterday, May 10th, an All-Ukrainian sambo tournament was held in Odesa, dedicated to the memory of Oleksandr Adzelenko, the president of the Odesa regional sambo federation.
Over 100 participants from various cities across Ukraine attended the event. During the opening ceremony, the Odesa regional sambo federation, in collaboration with partners, provided drones to the Special Operations Unit of the Ministry of Defense's Main Intelligence Directorate, "Artan," for carrying out combat missions on the front lines. The tournament in memory of Oleksandr Adzelenko serves not only to honor the coach but also as an important platform for nurturing young athletes and promoting the national sport that combines technique, strength, and character.
