Starting July 1, 2025, the functions performed by the State Special Communications within the "Drone Army Bonus" project, also known as "e-points," will transition to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Defense, Defense Procurement Agency, and the Brave1 defense cluster.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Defense, and other partners, we at State Special Communications developed this system from the ground up. We designed, tested, and successfully launched it, proving its effectiveness.
At the same time, State Special Communications played key roles: verifying points for enemy targets destroyed, processing requests for equipment supplies from military units, establishing contracts with suppliers, receiving products, and delivering them to defenders according to received requests. State Special Communications successfully fulfilled its assigned tasks.
Now, as the time has come to scale the project and other participants have gained the necessary capabilities, we are transitioning our functions to the authorities that are meant to carry out these tasks.
