The American tech giant Google has recently launched its latest AI model, Gemini 3 Flash. According to Axios, this model promises to be faster and more cost-effective than its predecessors.
Gemini 3 Flash integrates the capabilities of Gemini 3 Pro, offering enhanced performance.
Google representatives have stated that the new model excels in tasks such as last-minute travel planning and quickly grasping complex educational concepts.
The multimodal features of the new model allow users to engage with Gemini through video, images, audio, and text, transforming these inputs into valuable content.
"Our goal is to provide everyone with the benefits and foundational capabilities of Gemini 3," said Gemini product lead Tulsi Doshi in an Axios interview.
She emphasized that the release of this model aims to grant access to powerful AI tools to a broader audience.
Gemini 3 Flash will serve as the default model in the Gemini app, replacing Gemini 2.5 Flash for everyday tasks.
Additionally, it will also be the default model for AI mode in search, making it accessible to Google users worldwide.
It's worth noting that the previous model, Gemini 3 Pro, was only launched on November 18.
Furthermore, the American company OpenAI recently introduced its newest AI model, GPT-5.2.
