The Odessa city authorities announce the launch of the MISTO platform, which will serve as a key tool to improve the quality of life for residents and enhance community management. MISTO aims to make residents' lives more comfortable and secure. This modern digital tool will enable faster access to essential services and information.
The "MISTO Digital Services Platform" is a contemporary cloud solution designed to unify and digitize municipal services and information into a single management system. It ensures centralized access to information and services through a unified city portal and mobile applications. Additionally, it allows for quick access to data and interaction with relevant city departments.
Available features of the mobile app for residents:
- Online appointment booking with the administrative service center
- Hourly parking service: a convenient and transparent payment method
- Accessibility: the "Social Taxi" service for people with reduced mobility
- E-democracy: participation in surveys
- Safety: alerts about emergencies, maps of shelters and resilience points
- Environmental monitoring: air quality data and other ecological indicators
- Interactive maps: public restrooms, refreshment points, and other locations
The platform's functionality will be supplemented with new features each quarter. Soon, residents will be able to participate in voting on petitions and track public transport movements.
Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov emphasized that this platform changes the approach to city operations as a whole, interaction with residents, and resource management. It is a tool for overcoming challenges, making Odessa safer and more integrated.
"We are part of the modern world. Download the app and stay updated – it’s easy and convenient! New services will be added, from paying utility bills to zoo tickets!" – said the mayor of Odessa.
The mobile app is already available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
