As of April 1, all previous bookings are no longer valid. Companies that have updated their critical status can continue to book their employees, while others must obtain a new status.
What has changed since April 1:
- Old bookings are canceled
- Booking requests will now be processed in 72 hours
- Only companies with updated critical status can book employees
If your company has an old critical status:
- Update the critical status — instructions are here
- Once confirmed, book your employees
Please note that bookings are made exclusively online through the Diia portal. Managers do not need to prepare paper orders or documents.
