Registration is now open for the «UNDP: Women’s Leadership Program for Digital Government Services». This program is designed for women looking to enhance their roles in driving digital transformation within the public sector.
The program features 16 online webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. It includes interactive lectures, case analysis, and hands-on workshops to help participants deepen their expertise, assess risks, and implement effective solutions for digital transformation.
The program targets professionals who already have experience in digitalizing government services and wish to develop their management skills, strategic thinking, and effective solution implementation.
Course duration: May — September 2025.
Eligible participants include:
Women working in government executive authorities or subordinate institutions.
Candidates with higher education and at least 2 years of professional experience.
Leaders who have participated in two or more projects related to digital transformation at the central or regional level.
Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.
Registration deadline is April 28.
This program is implemented under the «Diia Support Project», which is being carried out by UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
