The public utility «Housing and Communal Services «Khmelnytskyi» has completed extensive repair works in the facilities it manages in 2024.
A total of 1370 requests from residents have been processed.
At the request of the residents, specialists from the utility performed the following repair works: roof repairs – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of drainage systems – 753 linear meters; cold water supply repairs – 1314.6 linear meters; central heating repairs – 945.9 linear meters; sewage system repairs – 710.4 linear meters; electrical supply repairs / replacement of electrical appliances – 1297 linear meters / 335 units.
Additionally, the utility employees participated in the cleanup of damage caused by enemy shelling. A total of 125 linear meters of windows were boarded up.
Moreover, the utility's janitors maintain cleanliness in the yards they oversee daily. Cleaning tasks are carried out twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, and washing garbage containers).
The utility workers also mow grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and care for flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in city-wide clean-up events and address spontaneous dumps and consequences of enemy attacks as needed.
