The Verkhovna Rada has approved in the first reading bill No. 12177-1, which allows municipal enterprises to use transport received as humanitarian aid.
This law pertains to buses, trolleybuses, trams, and electric buses provided by both domestic and international partners.
Since the onset of the war, over 90 communities in 13 regions have received more than 400 buses, along with dozens of trams and trolleybuses.
Oleksiy Kuleba remarked, "Regions have long awaited this decision. We hope that the bill will soon be passed in its entirety, allowing communities to effectively utilize this transport".
This is a significant step towards ensuring stable transport links, especially in frontline areas!
