Following a technical outage at the data center, services for most clients have been successfully restored.

This was announced by Maxim Ageev, the CEO of De Nova.

He stated that the power outage lasted from 8:03 to 8:17. The reasons for this incident are still unknown, but Ageev dismissed the notion of it being a cyberattack.

According to him, during scheduled maintenance at the data center, the automatic power switch system malfunctioned, blocking access to the backup power supply.

Ageev also mentioned that the majority of clients have resumed their operations, although some companies are still waiting to be restored, which may take a few hours.
