In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Porto-Franckivsk» performed a significant amount of repair work in the buildings under its management.
At the request of the residents, specialists carried out the following maintenance work on the systems: roof repairs – 3682 sq. m; drainage system updates – 731 m; driveway repairs – 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt in yards – 101.13 sq. m; entrance repairs – 1695 sq. m; central heating system repairs – 1023 m; cold water supply system updates – 1361 m; electrical network repairs – 1769 m; window glazing – 131 sq. m; archway repairs – 1 building.
Additionally, the enterprise’s workers maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning work is conducted twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, removing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
The municipal services also engage in grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and caring for flower beds and lawns around the buildings they service. They participate in citywide cleanup events when necessary, eliminating illegal dumps and the aftermath of emergencies.
