The affordable mortgage lending program for Ukrainian citizens, «eOselya», began its operations in August 2022. The preferential interest rate ranges from 3 to 7%, and the loan term can be up to 20 years. The minimum down payment required is 20%.
For certain categories of citizens, including our defenders, rescuers, and law enforcement officers, the Odesa regional administration provides compensation for the preferential rate. They can secure housing loans without paying interest. As of now, 277 individuals have benefited from this program.
The participating banks in our program include: Oschadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, and Sensobank.
Moreover, the number of residential complexes joining the «eOselya» program is increasing.
