In order to raise awareness of the Ukrainian language among the residents of Odesa, a social advertising competition titled "Support for the Ukrainian Language" will be held from October 29 to November 29, 2024.
The main goal of the competition is to encourage the study of the Ukrainian language, foster respect for it, and promote its beauty. The competition aims to develop national consciousness and support the creative initiatives of the youth in the Odesa community.
The competition will take place in two stages:
Stage One - submission of applications;
Stage Two - evaluation of works by the jury.
To participate in the competition, you need to send an application to the email address of the Department of Internal Policy of the Odesa City Council: dep_vp@omr.gov.ua (with the subject "Social Advertising Competition").
Requirements for the works:
1. Technical requirements:
- posters can be created either graphically or manually.
2. Works must be original and unpublished.
3. When submitting works, participants must adhere to the following conditions:
- content must not contradict Ukrainian legislation;
- text should be brief and original;
- presence of emotional expression through colors, fonts, drawings, and other graphic elements;
- absence of false information;
- works must fit the theme of the competition;
4. Works must not include:
- personal data of authors, commercial information, political symbols or advertising;
- images of violence or discrimination;
- information that undermines human dignity;
- promotion of harmful habits;
5. Creative works must be in the Ukrainian language.
6. The conditions must not violate legislation or moral values.
7. Works must not infringe on privacy rights.
8. Participants, by submitting works, consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law.
9. Participants confirm that they are the authors of the works and are responsible for copyright infringements.
10. Works that are:
- non-compliant with the requirements;
- contain plagiarism;
- submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
